6th Week

Aloha...

This week I have distributed a formal letter to each of student's parents. Informing that the class will be started according to the time table.

I founded that one of the CPU and mouse need to replaced with a new one. The next day Mr.Shukri and Mr.Khaizal came from ClickSoft. I told them about the problem with CPU and mouse. They decided take it back to the supplier to be repaired.

Regarding the matter of the holiday camp I have discussed with the HM. He gave the permission to proceed with the activities.

With Mr.Wesley's help the software called smooth drawing have been installed successfully.

5th Week

Good morning.....

This week the necessary software for computers have been installed. On 13th May the computer supplier have replaced the spoiled monitor, power cable, mouse and headset with a new one. On the same day I found another monitor and laptop need to be repaired. The following day, it was been replaced. On the same day, the stationaries have been supplied.

This week I also ran an informal class to see how deep is the student's knowledge on computer. I found out that their knowledge on computer is not so well.

Next, I discussed about the time table with HM. The discussion resulted in rescheduling the time table and he asked me not to run any classes on next week because next week got exam. Later, I took some photographs of my cabin and sent it to Miss Leenda.

4th Week

Finally the alarm setting was completed on 4th of May 2009. The one who set the alarm realized that the smoke detector has not yet been connected. They came back on Thursday to connect the smoke detected.

On this week I had installed most of the important software with the help of Mr.Wesley. The installation has not yet been completed. I found out that there are some problem with the PC. One of the PC's monitor have to be repaired. I replaced it with the spare PC's monitor. Besides, the PC's cable to switch and an extension wire need to be changed too.

Luckily most of the work have been completed.

This is 3rd Week I came to N.T

This week started with a smile.

Everything is almost completed. The first thing is TM line have been fixed but the streamyx was only connected a few days after. Another thing is that the CCTV camera have been fixed. The person who fixed the camera do not know how to operate them. Thus, I spend some time to operate them accordingly.

Then came the contractor to check whether touch ups are needed before En.Kamal come for a visit. En.Kamal also came for visit on 30th April 2009.

The final task which is the alarm setting is going to be complete by next week. This is because the wires are rewired again.

This week was a satisfying week. I was that most of the work were completed. I hope that next week is better than this week.

2nd week

Finally I manage to received my degree!!!
I was apsent to work for two days because I went to KL to attend my convocation.

I'm back...

This is second week since I came into my cabin. For the all week the thing I did most is calling the person who are incharge of TM Point, alarm setting and CCTV camera.

The second most thing is cleaning my cabin and finally the result is my cabin was cleaned fully. Besides that the computers in the cabin was all arranged. And the uthermost important thing is Mr.Azli who is the senior Vice President of Education and Human Capital Development, NCIA and Miss Diana who is the Project Manager came to visit the cabin. Everything was set in the cabin except for the CCTV camera, alarm setting and internet connection. These will be finished setting up by the end of next week.

Unfortunately I was as busy as a bee for the all week.
